Legal fees in Hungary are subject to agreement between the Attorney and Client. Our fees can be established in various ways.

Essentially, we charge our clients hourly fees.

Clients with long-term engagement are charged a monthly fee, which includes work hours agreed by the parties. Beyond the agreed working hours, Clients are charged an hourly fee.

In case of real estate transactions, our fees are determined by the value of the property subject to the transaction.

In case of litigation, our fees can be established by: fixed fee, hourly rate, a certain percentage of the transaction value, success fee and/or the combination of above-mentioned methods.

In relation to corporate issues, we apply fixed fees depending on the legal form of the company, as well as the type of the proceedings.

The above-mentioned fees do not include additional costs arising from the legal assignment (travel cost, accommodation, etc.).

Our fees shall be paid in full, in advance.
